The EAGLE IFAK Medic Kit from North American Rescue is the gold standard of military individual first aid kits — issued to U.S. warfighters and adopted by law enforcement and tactical teams worldwide. Its innovative design pairs MOLLE/PALS connectors with a dual-position belt loop, allowing operators to mount the kit vertically on body armor or directly on a duty belt at high or low position. The Quick Pull Tab opens the kit with one hand, and the detachable shock-cord inner panel keeps supplies secure yet instantly deployable.
Kits are available in three capability tiers. The Basic configuration covers hemorrhage control and thoracic injury with a C-A-T® tourniquet, 4 in. Flat ETD™, S-rolled gauze, HyFin® Vent chest seals, and gloves — meeting the Massive Hemorrhage and Respiration phases of the MARCH protocol. The Basic w/Combat Gauze replaces plain gauze with CoTCCC-recommended Z-Fold Combat Gauze® and adds a pre-lubricated 28F nasopharyngeal airway and ARS® needle decompression kit, extending coverage to Airway management. The Advanced w/Combat Gauze version offers identical advanced capability. All configurations are designed for self-aid or buddy-aid in penetrating, blast, or other traumatic injury scenarios.
The EAGLE IFAK pouch is constructed from durable 500-denier nylon. Its compact footprint makes it one of the smallest full-capability IFAKs in the NAR product line, compatible with NAR Quick Detach Panels for rapid off-body deployment. Available in Black, Olive Drab, Coyote Tan, Multicam, and Ranger Green to match any operational environment.
