The EMERAIR TROLLEY is Elite Bags' dedicated airway and respiratory care platform — distinct from general-purpose EMS packs in that its entire organizational architecture is built around oxygen delivery and advanced airway management. Where ALS backpacks carry airway equipment as one of several supply categories, the EMERAIR builds its primary compartment system around O2 cylinders, regulators, masks, BVMs, suction devices, and intubation equipment as the core functional purpose. This purpose-specific design is valuable for ALS first-response vehicles, HEMS units, and critical care transport services where airway is the primary intervention priority.

The dedicated O2 cylinder compartment with pass-through port allows regulator access without removing the cylinder from the bag — a time-critical workflow advantage during active airway management. Removable modules with Velcro backing organize individual airway sub-systems (NPA/OPA airways, suction, capnography supplies, RSI medications) as discrete deployable units. The padded mesh back panel and adjustable straps allow comfortable backpack carry when the bag is loaded with a full O2 cylinder and airway kit, which can exceed 20 lbs. For vehicle or station use, the trolley handle configuration provides ergonomic carry without the backpack harness.
