The MED-TAC Rapid Access Pouch – Side Pull is a house-brand IFAK platform developed by MED-TAC International to provide clinician-vetted tactical medical carry directly from the company's own team. The Side Pull design takes its name from the lateral access mechanism: rather than opening from the top or front, the pouch's contents are accessed by a side pull that deploys the kit from the edge — providing a faster, more controlled draw motion particularly beneficial when the pouch is mounted low on a belt or at the side of a plate carrier.

The MOLLE and belt-mount dual-attachment system positions the Side Pull on virtually any tactical platform. In Pouch Only configuration, the carrier accepts user-selected supplies for a fully customized IFAK loadout. The Pouch + Med Bundle option provides a pre-selected medical supply package, giving operators an immediately deployable kit without separately sourcing individual items.

As a MED-TAC International house product, the Side Pull is designed with clinical input from the company's founding medical and veteran team — incorporating lessons from tactical medicine training and field use into a purpose-built carrier.
