Product Overview

North American Rescue (NAR) is the manufacturer of the Combat Application Tourniquet (C-A-T) and supplies medical equipment to the U.S. Department of Defense, NATO forces, and federal law enforcement agencies. The Mini-Medic Bag extends NAR's combat-proven engineering philosophy into a modular bag platform built for end-user customization. This bag is intentionally designed to be configured by the operator — the flexible internal MOLLE rows, tear-away clear pouches, and expansion zipper allow a medic or corpsman to build the exact kit their mission requires.

The expansion zipper is a standout feature: at 5″ depth, the bag maintains a low-profile carry. When a more capable load is needed — mass casualty response, extended patrol, or vehicle-mounted kit — the expansion zipper opens to 7.25″ depth without adding any external footprint. Three clear tear-away pouches inside the main compartment give at-a-glance inventory access and allow individual sub-kits to be deployed at the point of care and restocked later. The two internal mesh pouches and inner lid pouch handle overflow organization.

External MOLLE on the sides and bottom allows additional pouches — tourniquet holders, IFAK carriers, glove pouches — to be mounted directly to the bag body. Internal MOLLE rows on the inside back panel allow responders to MOLLE-mount pouches inside the main compartment for fixed-position organization of critical items. A drop-down external pouch accommodates breaching tools, hydration packs, or additional medical accessories depending on the mission.
