Product Overview

The combat medic or TCCC provider's perennial challenge is carrying sufficient medical capacity without sacrificing mobility or tactical performance. The NAR-4 Aid Bag addresses this with a low-profile design that straps directly to body armor using four rapid attachment straps — keeping the medic's center of gravity low, distributing load across the armor platform, and eliminating the profile and snag hazards of a traditional rucksack-style aid bag during close-quarters and vehicle operations.

When moving from vehicle operations to foot-mobile casualty collection, the NAR-4's shoulder straps deploy from their stow position for immediate backpack carry. Segregated removable equipment pouches inside the main compartment allow mission-configurable organization — critical for providers whose medical SOP changes between garrison, training, and operational environments.

Construction in Berry Amendment-compliant 500D CORDURA® with GhillieTEX™ IR-reducing hardware and sand/water-resistant, self-repairing zippers with silent 550 cord pulls ensures the bag meets military procurement standards while performing in the environmental conditions of austere operational environments. PALS/MOLLE on the front and sides enables attachment of additional modular pouches.
