Five Combat Gauze® LE hemostatic dressings address penetrating wounds requiring wound packing.
Two litter configurations address different operational profiles. The 8-QuikLitter configuration distributes individual evacuation litters with each treatment set, enabling 8 bystanders or casualty teams to simultaneously transport injured personnel. The single Rigid MedEVAC Litter configuration is optimized for longer-distance extractions across irregular terrain.
