Combined with Z-Fold ChitoGauze® hemostatic dressing, a full HyFin® Vent Chest Seal twin pack, and a 28F nasopharyngeal airway, the SIRK™ Gen 2 addresses all three life-threatening injury categories — hemorrhage, airway obstruction, and tension pneumothorax — per the MARCH protocol.
The clear vacuum-sealed packaging allows visual confirmation of contents without opening the kit, a critical feature in a resupply scenario where time is limited.
