The TT TAC IFAK Pouch S is Tasmanian Tiger's purpose-built tactical IFAK pouch — designed for soldiers, police officers, and field medics who want a compact, fast-opening medical carrier in a truly tactical format. At 6.5 × 4.5 × 2" and just 114 g, it is lighter than most comparable IFAK pouches and uses the MOLLE Reverse System for a clean, low-snag exterior. The "S" size targets the minimum viable footprint for a meaningful individual trauma kit.

The transparent internal pockets are a particularly useful feature: rather than feeling around inside a dark pouch in low light, you can visually verify the presence and position of each supply item before opening. This supports inventory management during pre-mission checks as well as faster retrieval during treatment — you can identify exactly which pocket contains which item before your fingers enter the pouch.
